Terms and Conditions

Hello and welcome to Yellow Tree Photography!

When you book a session with me, I take the time to understand your style, and will work with you in the time before your session to ensure we achieve the look you desire. YTP offers 3 convenient standard session packages to choose from (See ‘Investment’ for more information)

All sessions include full print release, black & white duplicates, and use of props. You get you disc mailed to you exactly a week from your session date, with your print release included with it, so you could either have your images printed with whomever you’d like, or you can order prints from me. (See ‘Print’ for more information)

For the convenience of my clients, I do not charge deposits for standard sessions. In the event of cancellation less than 72 hours, a fee of $25 will be required to hold any future session dates. If booking a wedding, a $50 deposit is required before a date can be reserved. Deposits are non-refundable and applied to final cost of package and prints selected.

If you have referred a friend or family member to Yellow Tree Photography, you receive $15 off any standard session. Discount is not applicable to already discounted sessions.

I am here to provide a service for YOU, my customer. I do not put restrictions on what you do with your photos as far as printing or posting online. However, if publishing a portrait in the newspaper, or entering a contest I do ask that you credit Yellow Tree Photography and simply refer your friends and family for future photography needs.
